I am awakened by sharp pain beneath my right breast that goes down to my upper tummy.?

What could this be? It lasts for give or take a few 5 minutes, it wakes me up from my sleep, it is sharp, it happen when I am turning around. Then I can lay back down and run to sleep. It leaves me sore for about a time. This happens just about 2 times a month. ANy Help?
