Question in the region of Lupron?

Does anyone know if the Lupron shot they give you for endometriosis is duplicate Lupron they give you for fertility treatments?
Next month I'm have my second laparoscopy for endometriosis. They're also doing ovarian drilling for PCOS. My doctor suggested Lupron for 6 months to a year after the surgery. I remember having to bring a Lupron shot in days gone by to release follicles. Is it the same, beside the same side effects? I don't muse over experiencing anything bad that time, but it be one shot (that hurt worse than any other shot I've ever had). I've heard so masses horror stories about Lupron, and I've have some negative side effects health-wise beside BCP's so I'm wondering what to expect.

I was on Lupron for a few months several years ago. I'm pretty sure it's unused for fertility treatments because it's like they put you on a acting menapause. And you have adjectives the symptoms of menapause like darkness sweats and hot flashes and irritability. I was on Lupron because of fibroid tumors. They be causing me to bleed partly to death every month and Lupron stopped me from have a period. I estimate the Lupron would relieve you from your symptoms of endometriosis, but it won't cure them without other treatment or surgery.
