I do not eat completely much in reality the nutritionist said she doesnt see where the mass comes from. They have checked everything to craft sure its not a medical condtion. I personally assume its me being deskbound. If I could loose some of the weight I would know how to walk and be more busy and I see no other choice. Help.

If the problem is going on for being desk, then I seggest you attain more active! Gastric Bypass is a huge commitment. The surgery make your stomache to the size of a walnut. The most you can eat consequently is about 6 grapes. Besides, back you do the surgery the doctors make sure you're 100 % hearty, don't drink, and don't smoke. That's why gastric bypass should be used only as a final resort. Try exercising every day for an hour. Join a gym or something. I'm sure as soon as you start to sweat they pounds will come rotten!
