My each day multivitamin is making me nausious! What should i do?

at first i thought it was my acne medication that be making me nausious. i usually take that, along near 'women's one a day' multivitamin every morning beside my breakfast (i try to sandwich them in the middle of the collation hoping to prevent nausia). then i missed a coupple of doses of my vitamin and to my suprise the nausia go away. every day that i try to thieve a vitamin, i end up emotion horribly ill and sometimes if truth be told throwing up. i'm not sure what to do! my mom has suggested that the pill might own too much iron, but even if that is the crust what should i do?

You might try taking them at different times. I own allergy medecine and I'm not supposed to take a multivitamin anywhere around the time I lug my other medecine. Try taking one at night and the other within the morning, since it is possible that they may just not mix in good health together. If that doesn't work, you might try another multivitamin or taking it at night similar to stated in the previous post.

I have taken a multivitamin for years. For just about a year when I was a minor, I also took the acne antibiotic tetracycline. I took both pills in the morning together and also got nasea from it, but didn't realize what be causing it at first. The best article to do to solve the problem is to take one pill at dark and the other pill in the morning. In the morning, it help to eat breakfast too.

please discontinue the vitamins and try another brand, or
your mom might be right, something short iron....
