Yes it can,When you had your hysterectomy did they bear out both ovaries ? if the answer is yes you will need to nick hormone replacement pills,if they left 1 ovary you might not ?inevitability hormone replacement pills.I still have 1 ovary and I carry checked every so often for hormone level.It doesn,t seem to generate any difference though I never really get surrounded by the mood for sex,Im not saying that I do not own sex just that once in a blue moon I am the 1 to instigate it.I had my hysterectomy going on for 15yrs ago.Hope this helps answer your grill.

Its more nearly her hormone levels than the surgery. Her physician can assist with some things to try. Surgery will upset the stability of her hormones, to be sure...but she need not suffer near the symptoms.
