how can I ask my doctor about switching to tampons and what her opion is on it and going on for TSS? I'm afaird to ask her...what is a less shameful way a bit than straight out asking? I also play a lot of sports so thats one justification I wanna switch! I can't ask my mom and I promised I would ask my doctor ( I don't break promises)

I work for a Dr. and my support to you would be to just ask, no give somebody the third degree is too odd, you will never know the answer if you don't ask. And it is a accurate question and I'm sure your Dr would be glad to answer it. good luck.
