Question for girls single about some cramp problems i'm have...?

So, I have these really unpromising cramps in my lower stomach...and it is my interval, and I have taken approaching 2 Midol in former times three hours, and I've taken a hot bath, and put my knees up to my chest. THERE NOT GOING AWAY AND I'M DYING HERE...haha proposal, suggestions...please help.efficiently.

I have have those kind of cramps since i be 14, and i'm 29. I take Tylenol and birth control does relieve ( Only if you are ready for that ).. But the suggestion that my Dr's give me is that some women only have stronger cramps after others...
So I understand you, Believe me. another theory is to put something warm ( approaching a heating wipe ) around the area , it will hold on to you warm for 6-8 hrs and it can support out alot..

But for the adjectives to avoid these horrible cramps go to the pharmacy and buy omega-3 (fish oil) softgel pills. i pinch the 1000 mg and just bear one pill every day, i PROMISE this will back you. I had the worst cramps and ever since i be taking this every day it have helped me out plentifully!!

Aww! I feel you. A heat pad other help. I would suggest you see your doctor and reach a deal about birth control it really does give a hand with cramping and also hefty bleeding.
