Eating 2 much?


yesterday i had

breakfast 1 bowl of granola cereal w/ low portly milk

lunch 2 or 3 bowls of granola cereal w/ low fat milk

dinner 2 corn on the cobs and 1 cucumber

is this satisfactory ? if not how much more do i entail to eat?

If you are trying to lose weight (I'm guessing you are). Switch to skim milk. Eat 'Fiber One Original' (you can sprinkly a teaspoon of sugar on it if you want). And lone eat ONE SERVING of it for breakfast (one) and lunch (one). Skim milk isn'y impossible. It just looks repulsive. But you carry used to it after a while. I can't even tell the difference anymore. And if you obtain hungry during the day, devour carrots or some fruit (but not a lot--remember: portion control). Hope adjectives goes capably!

Is it okay to take regular multi vitamins along next to fish oil near your PILL?

ttry eating some meat or other protein alternaitves. It is not nessisarlilyhow much you eat but if you take enough nutriton.

eat a can of tuna(you'll get used to the taste) for lunch. it will provide adjectives the protein you'll need for the afternoon. don't switch to skim milk if you do not plan on adding any obese to your diet. you HAVE to eat at least possible some fat every sunshine or your skin and hair will look close to crap. nobody wants that.

This is not a in proportion diet at all. You involve to add more protein! You also have need of to add more vegetables, and fruit to be on form. If you want to lose weight don't starve yourself, if you do that than it screw up your metabolism and seriously slows it down. After that and you lose weight and once you start ingestion normal the consignment you lose comes back on and later more pounds come back! I am not getting why girls and women are not getting this! Eat nutritious and exercise to lose weight!!
