How to educate my peers on ingestion healthy to some extent than not at all? Please abet!?

I'm 15, and of course several of my peers speak, from time to time, "I don't like ingestion in front of associates," or, "Eating makes you solid."

I've already seen two inhabitants become Bullemic, and I want to help prevent Bullemia/Anorexia among my peers. I know this isn't something I should do by myself, a nd it's not. But I want to be supportive.

I repeatedly get asked, "How do you stay so wasted?" MY answer is, "I eat."

Plain and simple. You own to eat or it messes up your metabolism.

What sort of facts can I provide them beside that will make them want to get through and eat in good health rather than adjectives themselve? And at what point do I need to be in motion to an adult?

I'm 17, so i know just where on earth you're coming from, one of my best friends was bulimic and the other be anorexic. But the best way to inform them of how to chomp through healthy is to consent to them inagainst the secret of calories. My mom have always help me with that, the average calorie intake of a girl your age should be around 1900. Now don't consent to your friends become too obsessed near calories but it should help, purely casually check the nutrition sign. It should help them stay within control of what they ultimately put in nearby bodies. Also, you may want to let them know that not adjectives fats are doomed to failure.. so not all food they chomp through is horrible for them. Let them know that foods like avocado, and nuts are GOOD fat.

But bulimia, there are so abundant negatives that be in motion along with that...
a. it messes up your teeth. the acids that they bring up from their stomachs commence to break down their teeth and turn them yellow. And if their aiming to become prettier by anyone thin...who think yellow teeth are pretty?

b. it severely damages your esophagus. Again those damn acids from your stomach really really damage your esophagus.

Just permit them know that although YOU may just guzzle, every ones different, my best friend can eat close to two big macs a day and still opening 100, (and she doesn't have an ED.) and if i tried that dang, I'd turn from 123 to like 135. Everyone is different, so i put away healthy and exercise, specifically the most important piece, exercise.

Get your parents to donate some good books on tough eating to your academy library. I would say something to an mature if someone you know is showing signs of an eating disorder. If you continue, it could get too serious. You may want to remind your friends that drinking is akin to putting wood on a fire. It revs up the metabolism and actually help keep you from acquirement weight (assuming you are intake the right foods).
