Nuvaring txt message to remind you to remove it?

Hey, I was simply wondering if anyone knows how I can register to receive a paper message to remind me to remove my ring every three weeks. I have of late started using it and it is my first week. I was watching 9am near Kim and Dave and they had a segment on it. The Dr who be talking in the order of the ring said that on the website there is somewhere for you to attach your details to be reminded. Does any one know what the site is and how I register? No, I do not.

However, you should be able to set a reminder on your phone. That route you don't have to enjoy your personal cycle registered with anyone online, you can hold on to that information private.

And generally, when you subscribe to a company/system that provides outgoing essay messages to you, you are still charged standard text charge's as if you were the sender.

Personally, I would set an alarm on my phone. It will ring, buzz, doesn`t matter what you choose it to do to alert you like a deed message also would- without any charge's.
