I have read the information on the Ortho-Tricyclin Lo website and I am confused. It say to take the ring out as you typically would in the third week. In the fourth week set off using your pack of pills using either a 1st hours of daylight or Sunday start, whichever comes first. This is the first and last ring I've used (didn't similar to NuvaRing) and I've been spotting since I started. Does that count as starting? Anyone hold any advice? I don't want to money to see the doctor for a question right very soon if I don't have to. Thank you!

Since you are not sure when your period started because of the constant spotting, I would suggest only doing a Sunday start with the pills. Start taking the pills the Sunday after you remove the ring.
