Sharp groin niggle after sex?

When you see a gynonocologist (or doctor in regard to birth control), s/he will probably have you saturate out a form with some condition history, including life style choices (whether you drink, smoke, do recreational drugs, how regularly you exercise, etc), your sexual history (orientation, sexual activity, whether you use protection from STIs, etc), and family connections history of blood clots, etc.

Then they will perform an exam. This included a breast exam to look for lumps (to prevent and discover breast cancer). They will perceive around in your stomach nouns and slightly below to feel your ovaries, uterus, etc. Then they should lubricate their fingers and surface inside your vagina and possibly rectum. After that, they will probably do a pap smear (to test for cervial cancer) after inseting a speculum to look at your cervix.

They will probably also ask you whether you're using any form of protection against STIs and pregnancy (if you're heterosexual). They may tender you a variety of choices if of birth control or contraception. Additionally, they may ask you if you want to be tested for STIs, and contained by that case, they may requirement a blood draw as well.

I would expect any doctor to examine you since providing birth control, if you have not only just had a twelve-monthly exam, but they might not. If they just tender it to you, I would be pretty concerned about the doctor.

Hope that help!

My periods? worried plz back ?

If you're going to the OBGYN you'll probably have a pap. She'll probably ask the everyday questions approaching do you smoke, are you sexually active, do you own any health issues. From in attendance you and your doctor can decide what type of BC is right for you.

If you own or have have an IUD can you please share some info?

I think it depends on the doctor. My doctor simply writes me a prescription over the phone and sends it to the pharmacy. He doesn't stipulation to see me just for a birth control prescription, since my robustness was surrounded by order at our ending visit. I outstandingly doubt you will need a full gynecological exam simply for birth control. But since you're already going to be at your doctor's department, i'm sure s/he will do other things, like check your vitals, etc. anyway.

Doctors usually don't ask too masses questions if you want to travel on birth control. They might ask what kind of method you would prefer and dance over some of the pros and cons of the different types. They might ask for any allergies that you have (that they don't know of already). Other than that, it's really up to you.

Good luck!

Ladies and doctors?

I'm not a doctor but from memory these are the adjectives questions.
Is within a history of blood clotting disorders in your family?
own you eve had and blood clotting disorder? Are you pregnant?
A simple blood pressure audition will probably be taken.
They will probably also ask if you smoke or are in biddable health.
I wouldn't consider there would be a physical nouns but if you have be sexually active for contained by excess of 2 years a pap smear will probably be recomended.
I t may also be worth noting the first pill you budge on might not suit you, i.e. mood swings. If this is the case a short time ago tell your doctor and try a different one, here are loads out there beside slightly different levels sometimes it can of late be a matter of find article right one.
