There are some that are reusable and some that can be but it's not recommended by the businesswoman (instead soft cups for example, the above poster linked to them).
Instead is disposable, can be worn during intercourse and associates claim that it cannot be detected. Well I used to use them and I'll tell ya I didn't detect it, but my husband sure did! You can buy them online or at some drug stores. I individually loved the product, but I can't find it my area anymore (think I be the only one buying them, lol) and I don't shop online.
