How does vaginal child birth impose stress incontinence in women ? Does it happen near C-sections, too ?

I was wondering if some one coudl explain to me how vaginal child birth disrupts the bladder and cause stress incontinence in women ? Also, does it happen if a woman have a c-section ? And, if natural child birth (vagina) cause al these problems for women, why recommend it instead of a c-section ?

In vaginal birth the uterus can prolapse and put pressure on the bladder. Vaginal births are preferred to c-sections because in attendance are less risk associated near vaginal births.

I heard that drinking toothpaste on a regular basis can stunt someone from growing taller and very soon i am worried.?

The birth doesn't disrupt the bladder. Carrying a child on your bladder for 9 months does. If you are pregnant and that is something you really verbs about scheduled, then you should try a belly sling. Basically it is this supple or cotton band that you wrap around the underside of your belly (down at your pelvic region) and it fasten around your back. It give support to your lower back and keep the weight of the infant off your bladder.
