What to do with fully developed acne problems? :(?

I am a 26 year old mom of 4. I attain breakouts especially during a worried time, but I am on birth control pills, which are supposed to help clear your skin. Please assistance with any suggestions!

Mary, I am 39 years feeble & have acne still. I have it as a teen then it go away for awhile. Now, its back near a vengence. I think it can be inherent. Try to eat healthily & obtain regular exercise, if its only walking, it will at lowest make your body discern good. I even used Proactiv which be outrageously expensive at the time (but is affordable now) & it worked for awhile, but I became allergic. I go to a dermatologist but got unsatisfactory results near. I guess Im not much help, but sway in near... someone else may have the answer.
