What make me sleepy at work?


I have no qualms give or take a few being sleepy if it is at noontime because it is lunchbreak.

What I don't approaching is, I feel sleepy between 10:30 - 11:30 surrounded by the morning, which is still office hour --and the work is at its culmination. But, just beforehand or after lunch break (12:00 noon until 1:00pm) I can no longer snooze, why? It's the time I needed to have a sleep. During this break, I have adjectives the time to take a sleep because my office is exceedingly private, I can close it all for myself for undamaged one hour. The trouble is, I'm no longer sleepy at this time of the day. Even during weekends, at home, I hold the same problem.
