There is no cream, lotion or oil that can be rubbed into breasts to clear them larger. Not one. Breast size is determined by hormones and all you can do is build up the muscles that sit underneath the breast next to weight lifting so they may sit high. Won't make a huge difference though I'm afraid, experiment near different bras to show off breasts I read aloud!
