Before getting an augmentation, I would seriously try hard to lose some freight. You could be 40" around the chest because you are simply large-framed/big-boned, but perhaps losing a touch weight will bring your nouns size down to 38". It is a lot easier to find 38Bs than 40Bs.

If you lose consignment and you still do not like your boobs, I would suggest breast augmentation. Mostly because I get it(and I've always be on the tall-and-thin side) and I love them! I recommend them for anyone who wants them for oneself, and is financially and health-wise experienced of getting them.

There is another reason for losing weightiness afterwards. When you lose weight, your boobs will any get a short time smaller, sag, or both. Although I'm sure you do not want that to come up, you DO want this to happen if you are planning to grasp breast implants soon afterwards. The flabby of skin helps, because afterwards the implants will drop into place quicker than if your skin be tighter. Plus, your implants will look more fluent. Also, it is good to lose immensity before you take implants so that you enjoy a clear idea of what size implant to get. With your measurements, I'd recommend a D-cup.

NOTE TO OTHER POSTERS: I think some of you misunderstood the OP's examine or situation. Her BAND SIZE is big(40"), but her actual CUP SIZE(B-cup) is small. As a result, the OP feels disproportionate. That is constituent of the reason that it is so frozen to find 40B bras in stores...at a large group size like 40, most companies assume that most 40" customers are bigger, close to C, D, or DD cups. While a B-cup could look proportionate or plenty big on a small petite girl who is only 32" around, B-cups look plentifully smaller on a girl who is 40" around. I think the girl is asking if she should grasp breast implants to "cure" this disproportion problem.

depends on how big your talking. if you are have back problems etc, you might come up with about it. i own a close friend that had one done a few months ago and her support pain is totally gone.
