How do i preserve from starting my period when i am on birthcontrol and its the week of my time?

i am aslo having sex and i dont want to procure pregnant.

Just skip the week of placebo pills or "sugar pills" and start a new pack. It is not detrimental, just don't do it every month!

Why would you need to stop your extent? Sex can take place during your flow, it usually stops during sex and the most inconvenient article you'll experience is the need for a heat up moist towel to wash sour yourself and your partner. It should or need not be a deterrent. Stay on the pill! I also found that sex during your length could actually stop cramps!!

just continue to help yourself to your pill without a break and you wont capture your period when your due, for me doing this does exact a heavier period the subsequent time and a few stomach cramps which i normally dont enjoy!

what you would do is travel straight into taking a new pack of pills. do not lift the placebo pills (the last week) if you already took the sugar pills .. how you would fence in up now is by taking 2 pills today (sunday and monday) and tomorrow pinch tues and weds pills. then thurs start taking one a light of day again. i would use back up birth control for 7 days.
(this is adjectives assuming that you start your pills on a sunday schedule.)

Even if you do skip that, you will experience breakthrough bleeding/spotting and it will whip a while for you to get pay for to a regular cycle.

I tried it Aug '06, and it took a few months to get spinal column to my regular cycle. I spotted at the strangest times while still using my birth control (nothing was wrong next to me except for what I did). I would never do that again.
