Question more or less missed birth control pill?

Ok, so I know there are alot of question like this but I looked through comparatively a few and didn't see and answer to my particular examine. So here is my question. If I miss a taking a pill and lift two the next daytime, how long do I need to use alternative protection? For the rest of the month? I do not want to carry pregnant.

My doctor told me at least 7 days should you be carefull. However i never trusted the pill fully, afterall its not 100% forceful so i would wait until after your subsequent period

If you've singular missed one pill you should be fine if you took 2 the next afternoon. If you miss more than one you should use an alternative method of birth control and if you miss more than two you should start a new pack of pills.
