i went surrounded by for a physical examination, and my doctor said that my boobs are become fully grown. does that mean that they are big, or that they enjoy been growing for a long time, or they're close to stop growing, or what?

I judge the doctor meant they are powerfully developed... like if you own a mature body, usually it's a curvier, more womanly body. It's a apt thing.
