Which doctor do I inevitability to see?

Ok, I apologize for this being a "too much info" put somebody through the mill. But here goes. I'm have trouble losing weight. I enjoy been on a diet and excercising 5 times a week for 60-90 minutes respectively time for 6 months. I'm not starving. I munch through very okay, and I take strictness of myself. I have not lost one pound. It's pretty discouraging. I imagine it has something to do next to.."chronic irregularity" for lack of a better agency to put it. However, I AM regular.very regular almost excessive one week out of the month during my cycle. So I don't know if its a hormone problem or a digestive problem. I don't hold time or money to be taking off adjectives the time to see different docs and having them adjectives refer me to someone else. Does anyone know whether this would call for a trip to my OBGYN? or the internist? Thanks.

Is it serious , should i step for it ??

It could be a thyroid problem. Talk to your doctor. Maybe you should get some blood work done. It doesn't hurt and it can be terribly helpful. Also, progesterone effects your thyriod. Maybe you hold a hormone problem... you never know. Either way, move about see your family doctor and see what he/she have to say. They may put in the picture you to go see an ob/gyn or they may explain to you you have something wrong. Go see a household doctor first, then see what he/she have to say.
