Anyone can attain sciatica at any age-- it's just an inflamed impudence (although a pretty major one). Did you try to do anything really strenous lately? If so, that may be the cause-- I tried moving a big, annoyingly heavy desk second fall, andended up next to a bad baggage of sciatica--and I'm only 6 years elder than you.

From what you describe, it certainly sounds approaching sciatica. Is the lower back affliction centered right above your rear? Whe the agony travels down you legs, does it feel similar to it's toward the back of your legs? Do you obtain feelings of numbness along beside the pain? If so, I'd bet you've get sciatica.

That said, only a doctor can recount you for sure, so consult yours further.

What it could be is that your spine is out of alignment, and the subluxation (that's what it's called when your vertebrae are out) is pinching a self-assurance that runs down your legs. I had this start because one leg is longer than the other, and it pushed my lower back into funny places. The aching from the nerve mortal pinched manifested itself within crippling ankle pain. Several trips to a reputable chiropractor have fixed this problem, and I haven't needed to see my chiropractor for that problem for two years.

The most likely result in is a pinched nerve! It might be from something as simple as cracking your rear too much or falling heavily onto your back! My dad have this happen to him tripping over shoes on the stairs! He go and got a chiropractic adjustment every 2 weeks for a year and a partly and he hasn't been subsidise since!! It's been 3 years!
