I think near's much more important things to verbs about than your body right presently.No I Think That You Shouldn't Wear one In About A Month or So Cause it WILL Hurt And it can Also Open The C- Section Up Again And I Am Sure you Don't Want That! Cause yea! And Just Walk Off The Pain

It take a few weeks (4-6) before you should do anything strenuous. Ask your doctor in the region of the gurdle...but eat full-bodied, and breastfeeding helps! It take your body a while for swelling and fluid retention to go away. Be merciful!Yes i want my result is better?
Ouch! And you really need to ask your OB these question. You should probably avoid the girdle for a while longer. The best exercises that are easiest on your body are swimming and walking.I have have 3 c-sections and have never worn a girdle. I own heard of it until that time though. I would recommend asking your doctor about it. I would enunciate give it at least possible 4 weeks to allow the tissue to heal and not hold such a great risk of rupturing your incision with defectively placed pressure. Of course, there are those that wear them without beating about the bush after leaving the hospital. I can't see wearing something like that so soon after considering I be quite discomfited.

for gods sake supply yourself time to heal, you don't want blotch tissue. you should give yourself 4-6 weeks. Walking would be ok for starters very soon don't rush yourself.One of the best things you can do is to breast feed your infant. It's great for the baby and triggers your body into getting put a bet on into shape. especially in the abdominal area.
i agree with scott your body desires to heal and your tot needs you, tolerate it heal why bring a girdle and feel humiliated when you can start working out again in a few months, enjoy your babe-in-arms hun you will have time to fix your bod congrats on your up to date baby!
