I own been throwing up fluids but I'm not pregnant, can anyone aid me?
periods are counted from daylight one of bleeding. usual cycles are of 28 days, but wide ebb and flow do occur and its totally conventional. initially periods are fairly irregular for 6 months to a year, but then it will normalize and next you can expect them on similar dates of every month.
Count from the fist hours of daylight of your last cycle. count 28days- and i.e. your best estimate.
My Dr. said count from the end normal cycle.
