Frankly I'm not sure what causes it however I've really notice that eating a really low residue diet for IBS help calm that notion down.

I don't know why, however the only nouns is that when we are sick, our colons are sick too--so maybe explicitly why?

Regardless, eating applesauce, white rice, unadulterated (homemade) white bread, remove greasy food, etc. Plus do not eat carbonated drinks, etc.
