Work out and diet?


i`m trying to have a nice flat stomach beside a little bit of muscles but not similar to a 6 pack eww.that would look bad lol.but anyways.i`m working out so i could look apposite in my brand new swimming suit i bought.so would like doing 50 sit ups,30 push ups and stretching for 5 minutes help out me to have a nice body?
And also.I can`t rather seem to find a robust type of lunch that tastes apposite and keeps me natural.

Exercise is appropriate because it increases your metabolism and tones your body.

Tone your core is a great idea... but try just about 15-30 minutes at least three times a week of the following routine (no rest in between):

15 pushups
Crunches next to legs raised: 10
Lateral Crunches near legs on the floor to the left: 10
Lateral Crunches near legs on the floor to the right: 10
Bridges (prep for push ups but rest on your elbows ~ back straight) 60 seconds
Bridges next to left leg up: 10 seconds
Bridges beside right leg up: 10 seconds
Bridges with not here arm up: 10 seconds
Bridges with right arm up: 10 seconds
Bridges next to left arm and right leg up: 10 seconds
Bridges next to right arm and left leg up: 10 seconds
Bridges: 60 seconds
Crunches beside legs raised: 10
Lateral Crunches near legs on the floor to the left: 10
Lateral Crunches near legs on the floor to the right: 10
15 push ups
Lower back stretches 3 minutes

You are immature... so you can eat of late about anything but processed food and help yourself to away. Fresh food is best, whatever you choose. To lose bulk you need a calorie deficit. 500 -1000 calories deficit a sunshine is a healthy target for shipment loss.

Period pain?

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Not only do you nedd to work the exteror abs, but the muscle lower than the muscle that pulls is all contained by for a nice wasit line.
1) Pilates is high up for creating nice abs, your abs are engages contained by every move.
2) Yoga will stretch and tone, try the plank pose. Anything that makes your abs budge against gravity is an instant killer.
3) cardio will serve burn the layer of fleshy covering the muscles. Try dancing, running, see boxing...something you can enjoy.
4) Meal time!! Friuts are other good! but set off your diet, eat matching proportions of fruit as you do vegies. Try to avoid any packaged food woth more after 5 ingredients. Dont eat thos toxins! They clog you internal organs which keep waste inside of you, adding up pounds and inches.really gross. Try to stay more natural and fresh next to food, occasional indulgence in dark chocolate.
