Hysterscopy?

has anyone heard of this procedure? and what is it?

Answers:

Always hot?

a hysteroscopy is a ocular examination of the uterus next to a scope. when you shift into the OR, an anesthesiologist will put you to sleep and the doctor will use a hysteroscope to look inside of your uterus and see what is going on inside. they might be looking because of possible fibroids or irregular periods. your doctor may remove any possible abnormality or may perform a d and c, which is dialation and currettage, and tear out some of the uterine wall. sometimes by doing a d and c, your doctor will scrape stale the old uterine wall and expose the hot wall, helping to have smaller amount irregular periods. the procedure can closing 5 minutes or 45 minutes, depending on what they see inside.

he/she will also take pictures of your uterus, and you'll be capable of see them later! dutiful luck, i hope i helped.
