Its call getting old57 is not hoary. Sounds like fibromyalgia possibly? Are you fatigued during the day? Maybe it's your mattress, that can bring in you very sore.
You are menopausal. Not everyone ages indistinguishable. Don't believe the media hype, 50 is not the topical 30.
No, you shouldn't and the interrogate is why does your body ache? Is it because you enjoy osteoporosis maybe? Deficit of vitamins? I expect the best thing for you to do is have a thorough check-up and cheer up, I am sure its nothing serious. 57 is infantile, trust me.

Have your own flesh and blood doc look you over. Be sure you tell them ALL that you've told us here.Ok in that are a number of different medical conditions that can wreak this. For instance, fibromyalgia, lupus, etc.
Menopause can account for hot flashes, sleepless night, weight gain, etc. But, the adjectives over fatigue and body pain lately might be more than menopause. Achy joints are sometimes arthritis but I've never hear arthritis hitting someone all over at once.
It is worth a doctor call in. Keep a notebook and make a document of all your symptoms as they come up, then see a doctor roughly speaking it.
