I exercise at 10:30-11:30. its a walking program on dvd 3 mile. i go to bed at 12, rouse up at 6 or 7. I am still tired. i was not resembling this a few weeks ago.I am so sleepy everyday now for times gone by two weeks.

I must tell you that I do not believe that you are allowing your body plenty time to get recharged. Instead of giving an hour that tardy give it somewhat earlier and see what results from this. I muse that after the workout your body requires at least an hour cool down term which cuts further into you sleep time.
