Tummy tuck request for information.?

I had a tummy tuck perform 6 weeks ago. I've noticed considerable bloating over times gone by week and a half. I've talk to my doctor about this and she say that its normal and that it is fluids and still swollen. How do I know for sure that this is not a surgery gone doomed to failure? Or is the a natural member of the healing process? Can someone pleeease assistance me and shed some light beside their own experiences. Thanks!

I have never looked-for to think nearly this?

Some degree of swelling after a tummy tuck is pretty normal. It is a situation of degrees here. Swelling is worsened in patients who enjoy had a great deal of liposuction with the tummy tuck. In a big armour, the swelling (commonly referred to by tummy tuck patients as "swell hell") lasts months. It is worsened by exercise and bit by bit decreases over time. “Regular” post-op swelling tend to get worse by the come to an end of the day and improve by the next morning.

Excessive swelling can represent fluid buildup nearly which something must be done. Stay in close contact with your surgeon throughout this process until it get better or fails to do so for his or her guidance.

Is the bloating in one place or is in different areas? I have see a couple of cases where a pocket of fluid did build up contained by one area thoughtful of above the pubic line...its simple to achieve rid of but your surgeon will need to do it...of late a simple procedure with local anesthesia injected in the site and next drianed with a bigger syringe....it may own to be done again in a couple of weeks. But be sure this is what it is first. I just looked-for you to know that if it is like this covering...it is easily took nurture of and not dangerous...well brought-up luck.
