You should still use a condom, you never now if she get it removed and does not tell you. You should use a condom to protect YOU from any unwanted child. As for getting the morning after pill, don't get it unless you have a sneaking suspicion that she might be lying to you about her IUD. But for physical, use a condom cuz you just never know.
