Mammogram and breast ultrasound be both negative...They enunciate usually it is a sign of milk duct clog, but mine were fine..... So I'd close to another answer.

Not to nouns too obvious but....This happen to me and my significant other years ago and we were reasonably shocked. in OUR situation it be either coincidence or a sign she be pregnant, this was remarkably early (i dont even ruminate she was tardy yet, if she be it was possibly 2 weeks or so...
