I got menacing spots on my body caused by my birth control pills Yasmin. Can I sue the factory owner or report it?

I went bad depo. i got the spots after using the pills for 9 months presently. they dont itch or anything. theyre just murky spots that look like bruises but theyre not. i started getting more and more next i went to the doctors.

i know they said that theyre are some side effects. But not this. =( and my doctor said that the spots may not progress away! =(

is there any road i can go more or less doing this. reporting them. so this wont happen to other women out near?

Report it to them, they need to know.

Also, read the fine print that comes near the pills. That side effect should be disclosed in in that.

It's useless to sue them. You have no luggage.

Hyper pigmentation is a common side effect of plentiful birth control pills. You can't sue the company because its stated in the info that comes next to them. The spots are caused by the hormones contained by the pills stimulating your body to produce excess pigmentation. The spots will go away but it could hold a year to two years for them to fade. Remember to stay out of the sun or they will grasp darker.
