Has anyone gone through this formerly?

So about the first week within Jan I got a 4 hours of daylight period instead of a 7 afternoon liek it usually is. Then about a 4 days after my interval i had muted spotting for 3 days. I just finished then pill beforehand i got my interval. I was contained by the process of moving so I couldnt refill my prescription nonetheless. So I moved and I havent gotten my period since the first week in Jan it is immediately the 3rd week in Feb. I hold never experienced late and non existent period before they are other on time. It wasnt the fist time Id taken a break from the pill I ws rotten it for 2 months last summer. I have only taken it for in the region of 4 months before that. So very soon I am late and my boobs find real huge surrounded by the morning and my nipples HURT constantly. Also the last few year I have feel crampy like Im going to grasp my period and nil. What could be going on? Hormone imbalance? Pregnancy?
