Is it normal for my eyes to be generous of Red and when im close up they dont focus 100% . Should i call my doctor or is this mundane?

It might be good to telephone your doctor but it does depend on how red your eyes are. If your hands be even a little dirty when you put them contained by that might be the problem. It is normal to not see right really close up.
