There will be a taste it you use a spermicide. It's rock-hard to describe but to me its not very pleasant (especially if you used a condom next to a spermicide lubricant) and it can make your tongue have a feeling almost numb. Why would you use spermicide with oral sex? You aren't protecting anything while you are doing that near dead versus live sperm. Either course you can still get STDs (ie it isn't any safer).
