Yes, it is best if you use tampons. Not a wipe when you go within water, pool, shore, bathtub etc. Why? A wipe will absorb marine where as a tampon wont. If a wipe is filled beside water it will not soak up the interval blood. Besides it's alot more comfortable to wear a tampon when swimmimg then wearing a wipe and worrying if it's floated away.A friend wants classified help. (Hemorrhoids?)?

of course. As long as you weatr a tampon. There is a myth that when your on your period and return with in the hose down it stops but I don't belive it. If you know there will be probably be sharks or other big 'deep-sea animals' in it, please don't.But if you are going into a pool or something and you touch you are 'dry' and 'protected' enough consequently why not, enjoy the marine.
But remember whiles you are doing that while having your time of year, others may also be doing the same entity, so just put yourself surrounded by their shoes and just try to be 'spruce' when you get into the dampen.

Swimming ? Yes by using a tampon or you do not have too but you may find an infection.you can but i wouldnt recoment it short wearin a tampon. too messy and unhealthy and blood does attract sharks if surrounded by salt hose down.
