It sounds like IBS but who can be sure? You may own to take a colonoscopy to be infallible. Your doctor should have given you a drug call Bentyl that is commonly a winner for such a shield. I take it from time to time and after 2-3 pills the twinge ceases. Another entity that your doctor should have told you is to pocket Metamucil. It will bind your gut and help stop the cramps by holding hose down and pushing against the bowel wall. Eat cereal with a great deal of fibre. IBS is prevalent surrounded by women especially those with a great amount of stress.

Find another doctor and yes it does sound approaching IBS. If it is IBS, there are medication to alleviate the cramping and a high fiber diet is what a nutritionist would put you on. Good luck and quality better.

Can anyone help me next to this please?

Sounds just similar to my husband .. Go to your local health food store here should be something to help treat the syptoms of IBS try it and see how it works. For my husband it made him consterpated, so he stopped using it.

If you dont similar to what your doctor is doing or saying roughly this go and find another one that will listen and do somthing around as it might not be IBS

Good Luck
