Pain in shoulder?

i have a spasm in my shoulder which go right up my neck at the wager on of my head and i own clicking sensations in my ears and pressure in my head esp the top of the nose-doc say its a trapped nerve but cna this affect your harmonize also and make you be aware of sick?
