exercise your lower extremities. putting your legs up and down while lying down would backing. or you could get one of those surgery where on earth they reconstruct your vagege.Kegels!
A friend of mine had alike problem. Her doctor suggested that she take the plastic ginger part of a kinder surprise, and put it "up there" (not too far) and tighten your muscles around it and squeeze it 'in a out'. Do that for 10-20 mins a sunshine for awhile and it will tighten up...

Loose? Do you mean close to, baggie or what. Are you talking just about being to moist? Wouldn't be loose until after you hold kids. Can have the Dr. sew it up tight after childbirth. Otherwise kagel exercises can relief.You could stick to oral sex. Or try anal, im sure thats rather tighter.
