Polycystic?
Answers:
A lot of times after I have sex I bleed, does anyone know why? and is this middle-of-the-road?
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (it is not a disease) and polycystic ovaries (which just mechanism that the ovary has profusely of cysts on it) are two different things. PCOS (the shortened form of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is a condition of exclusion which means that other hormone disorders such as Cushings' Disease (b/c it can enjoy some similar symptoms to PCOS must be ruled out. I was diagnosed next to PCOS by an endocrinologist in November of 1996.
PCOS is caused by illustrious testosterone levels. To read more almost PCOS check out: http://www.pcosupport.org
Getting a second opinion is a pious idea. Also, may I ask when the final time your thyroid was checked? Thyroid disorders can end in periods to be irregular as ably.
Which is better birth control or condoms..?
This disease is just doomed to failure luck - you don't catch it from something or acquire it through a lifestyle choice (eg smoking etc). It could be genetic. It means you hold multiple cysts on your ovaries. It is manageable, but I'm shocked that the doctor didn't inform you more. Don't be afraid to ask the doctor questions though, you fairly often find that doctors hold such busy schedules that they don't 'fritter away' their time by telling you things, unless you ask. There are reason if youre sexually active I don`t know it is a factor but I would agree on genetic traits. But its not that serious my GF had it up to that time after few months its all gone.
Shedding pelt after pregnancy?
Well I was diagnosted to near that. I have no conception what the doctor meant when he be trying to explain so I did some research on my own. This is where I go and they gave me this. The make happen of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is not fully understood, but inheritance may be a factor. If you have PCOS, your sisters and daughters enjoy a 50% chance of developing PCOS.4The first signs of PCOS are usually after a girl's menstrual cycle begin (menarche). A teen with menstrual period over 42 days apart has a big risk of PCOS. (Normally, the first periods and ovulation are intricate to predict. They become regular within the first 2 years after menarche.) In some women, PCOS starts after a big freight gain.3, 2
PCOS problems are caused by hormone change. One hormone change triggers another, which change another. This makes a "vicious circle" of out-of-balance hormones surrounded by your endocrine system, including:
Ovary hormones. When the hormones that trigger ovulation are not at the right levels, the ovary does not release an egg every month. In some women, cysts form on the ovaries. These cysts put together androgen.
High androgen levels. High androgen within a woman causes male-type coat and acne problems and can stop ovulation.
High insulin and blood sugar levels. About partly of women with PCOS enjoy a problem with how the body uses insulin, call insulin resistance. When the body doesn't use insulin well, blood sugar builds to illustrious levels. If not treated, this can head to diabetes.
I get panicky sometimes after i chomp through, i get heart palpitations, Anyone else seize this way?
It is believed that PCOS have a genetic component. It is not something that you can catch. It have to do with your ovaries encapsulating your eggs, instead of releasing them. As a result, your ovaries produce too much testosterone, which is later converted to insulin. You should be seeing an endocrinologist for this condition. My daughter is 1 month shy of being 14. She be diagnosed last week of Polycystic. Polycystic ovary syndrome is an auto immune disease. Your ovaries are occupied with cyst. These cyst are not on the outside of the ovaries, but on the inside. The solitary cure is to have your ovaries removed. Of course I can not do that to my daughter because she have not had any children (she better not for a while). Her Dr. said that it will 10x harder for someone next to Polycystic ovary syndrome to lose weight next with someone who does not. Good luck. I can detail you first hand that this will be tough, just seeing what my daughter go through physically breaks my heart.
Louis Vuitton bag but i want a different one?
Please do not listen to the character that said the only item you can do is remove your ovaries. That is simply NOT true!I was diagnosed over 6 years ago. It is well-mannered that you are doing your own research. Keep it up! You have to be your own condition advocate.

PCOS is not the call a halt of the world. There are times that I wish I could freshly make it budge away.
It is a syndrome, not a disease. A disease has a set of symptoms that do not alter.
It is a syndrome which means, the symptoms can come and go from person to human being.
My two sisters also have PCOS. We hold some of the same symptoms and some that are different from respectively other. For example, one of my sisters has lost alot of the fuzz on her head. I don't own that problem. However, I have hiritsuism, which method that I have manly pattern fleece growth. Hair on my face, posterior and other places. It sucks, but I deal next to it.
One thing that you can do is follow a low carb diet. I lost 50 lbs this method and alot of my symptoms lessened or went completely away. Here is what I do:
No white flour, no white potatoes, no corn or peas. No sugar!
Concentrate on intact grains. But still closing date your carb intake. Eat lots of vegetables, but go confident on the fruit. When you eat fruit, get through it with a protein, similar to apple and peanut butter. Eat lots of lean protein too.
Make sure you get plenty of exercise. Yoga is great, because it help relieve stress.
Good luck! It can be managed!
