What is the best food to eat during length time? I feel chiefly hungry?

especially of high sugar foods but I prefer to tuck into decent foods. I want to learn how to help yourself to care of my body within these particular days and what is the best foods that could boost my punch and nurture my body in this moment, also my iron horizontal is very low usually, let alone contained by those days. Any suggest ?

Grapes are fitting cos they're really sweet but still fruit. Dark green veg like spinch facilitate with iron but you really entail red meat to get your iron level up (or a supplement)
