Starting birth control pills?

why do they make you start the morning of your period or the Sunday after your spell? why can't you just start taking them any time? I've heard it's to brand sure you're not pregnant. but if you know you're not can you start any day?

You should dawdle until your doctors says it's okay to give somebody a lift the pills. Rushing into things won't help the pills filch effect any better.

yea you can start any time. but you have to keep hold of taking them and not miss any days or you will end up pregnant.
