I am 19yrs and my menses havent come since last year! pls help!anyone/friends has this problem?

i have see the gynae and he said it is not a rare travel case. He said i could wait and see for a year. if it still doesnt come or if i am worried, i could wish treatment by taking hormone medicine.

i am verry worried as my period havent come for about a year!mine used to be moderately irregular but not so serious. this time is the worst maybe because i dieted final year till i was fundamentally thin. i am presently in adequate weight . i own done blood test and ultrascan and my ovaries are ok . the problem is wih insufficient hormone height . Doctor prescribed me duphaton (hormone tablet).

I am worried about its side effects close to severe weight gain and skin allergies or liver problems...anyone have taken before and have side effects?
if there is any hose down retention or weightgain will it go away once i stop taking it and how long does it hold for the side effects to go bad??
i dont now whether to purloin the medcine or not.
