Can I ovulate but not get my period and not be pregnant? I haven't had a period since b4 my baby was conceived

I have be breastfeeding for nearly 7 months straight and have not gotten my length yet. My end one was beforehand my baby be conceived. I recently have a CT scan for abdominal pain evaluation. It showed for a time free fluid in my pelvis that the radiologist said is related to ovulation. My doc isn't worried roughly speaking that. Its been nearly 3 weeks since the scan. I haven't gotten a time of year and I know I'm not pregnant. If I didn't ovulate, what could the fluid be from? could I have ovulated and not gotten my term? should I be worried? we're still trying to figure out the abdominal cramp issue. I've had it for 4 months presently. if it helps any. My period were other regular on a 27day cycle before.

Regardless of what your period were close to before you get pregnant, now that you've have a baby AND you're still breastfeeding, adjectives bets are off.

Since you know you're not pregnant, I would follow up next to what is causing your fluid content within your abdomen. It doesn't nouns normal. Consider getting a second assessment.

BTW, you probably won't have a regular interval until after you're done breastfeeding, as it is commonly known that hormones generate by you breastfeeding will often suppress your menstrual cycle (you may still ovulate irregularly however) until after you're done lactating.

You can get pregnant short having a term. You can ask your doctor about hormone shots to start your time of year up again. But then you may not know how to breastfeed. Perhaps, after you discontinue breastfeeding, your periods will start put a bet on again. Sounds like you involve some more tests or a second feelings.

It is normal to not hold a period while breastfeeding. As far as the free fluid, that could surely be cause by ovulation. It could also be from a cyst that could have ruptured, which could possibly explain the pelvic agony. Did they say if you have cysts?
