The pill does work when you are ill. So I don't know where on earth you heard that. It's the antibiotics that may interfere next to the pill.

Implanon is not affected antibiotics, but may be artificial by some other drugs, eg anti-epileptic, or anti-TB drugs. It is not affected by diarrhea or vomiting.

I ate a Veggie burger at Burgerking and my stomach hasn't stopped making unexpected noises?

Birth control is not rendered useless by mortal ill, it's the use of an antibiotic that cause it to be less successful. Since Implanon is a hormone that is released continuously in that is a definate chance that an antibiotic an effect the metabolism/absorption and efficiency of Implanon, your safest bet would be to always use a put money on up form of contraception while taking an antibiotic.

Will birth control after birth regulate you?

Since the hormone from implants and injections is rapt directly into the tissues, unlike the OC which has to be immersed from the bowel first it is unaffected by vomiting. It human being vomiting rather than virus in standard that reduces pill digestion.
