I am 4'9 I weigh 125. I want to tone up my stomach. I need some suggestions. I don't want to lose any substance. I just want to tone up

Try the plank, seize into a pushup position but don't bend your arms and go down, of late try to keep your complete body completely flat, tummy in, shoulders down away from your ears and right above your wrist and merely see how long you can hold it.. do this daily 2 or 3 times for as long as you can... sounds confident but your tummy will definitly feel it... this is what I do and I am 4'11" 124
