how can i get my labor and contractions started a im almost 40weeks?

Answers:

Medications?

Both of my children delivered rash thanks to sex!
It's a combination of several factor: manipulating the cervix, contractions of orgasm, and prostaglandins in the semen (I've hear that swallowing the semen will get the prostaglandins into the body only just as well, if sex is too self-conscious.) Prostaglandins are the chemicals that make menstrual cramps hurt so much. Nipple stimulation releases oxytocin, another chemical prominent in uterine contractions.
Your husband will potential go for the sex item, too, especially since you won't be allowed to have sex for at most minuscule 6 weeks post-partum!

Orgasms! Whether they be by your man, or by your paw, or by machine, have an actual, real orgasm can oblige move things along. And it's a fun way to ratify the time while you wait. =)

Can you pls help me! Women lone pls?

I read in a book when I be pregnant that manipulating your nipples could bring on labor/contractions. It caution you that doing so could bring on very strong contractions and didn't recommend it. I did, and the subsequent day I be in labor, but still own no way of knowing if that be it. Mind you I saw the doctor two days before and here was zilch happening at adjectives. But really, who knows. Best to tolerate nature cart its course (I know, I know). Although I hear the sex thing works too, and that giving of factors contained by the nipple-work too!
