rip no..abrasions how ever are common because the tampon moving inside you when you move or embezzle it out causes whats known as a friction burn.

rub the palms of your hand together and then imagine what it feel like with the tampon on the inside of your vagina. its not serious its only uncomfortable.

so to avoid this i usually wait until i enjoy a good flow with my term before using a tampon that was its raining and doesn't burn when you put it in if you absolutely abhor pads and dont want to wait until the bleeding picks up you can use some KY jelly or some Vaseline for moisture
